Project support

Business applications and internal tools that hold up over time

I favour missions where the business problem, scope and expected outcome can be clarified together.

Services

Moving a business application forward, without overselling

I work project by project on applications and internal tools: to clarify, build, take over or make an existing scope reliable.

Frame and build

Business applications and internal tools

Design or evolution of interfaces and services that address a concrete business process, with a maintainable foundation.

  • Java, Spring, Vue and APIs
  • Scoping, estimation and staged delivery
  • Internal tools, back-office systems and business flows

Take over and simplify

Automation and technical-debt reduction

Spotting fragile or manual operations, simplifying code and pragmatically automating useful procedures.

  • Scripts and acceptance-test tooling
  • Docker Compose and CI/CD contributions
  • Simplification, factoring and documentation

Make reliable

Complex flow and incident diagnosis

Analysis of blocking defects, data inconsistencies and hard-to-reproduce behaviour, followed by durable corrective action.

  • Concurrency, data and asynchronous processing
  • Observability and checks before delivery
  • Correction followed by preventive action

  • Automated processes with Python and Bash and maintained Talend flows.

How I work

A product approach, not just code

I first seek to understand the need, users and constraints. The technical solution then serves those goals.

  • ClarifyDefine the problem, useful scope and success criteria before adding complexity.
  • BuildMove through verifiable steps with a coherent interface and readable technical foundation.
  • TransferDocument decisions and leave a project the team can understand and evolve.

Client testimonial

A collaboration built on trust

Feedback from the Portsall Kersaint Nautical Centre following the creation of its website.

Working with Tanguy was a very good experience. Professional and skilled, he delivered results that met our expectations. He advised us on several topics regarding the evolution of our website.
